PramPram Ghana, Medical Mission support in collaboration with Mr. J. Agboshang, PramPram High School Alumni and Eastside Fellowship Ministries (EFM) churches in Columbus, Ohio.
K-12 Education Support:
Virtual Reading Coach Program (VRCP)
In partnership with the area high school students and organizations, Joint-Heir Ministries provides Reading Comprehension Support (RCS) for K-5 students who are the first English speakers in their family. RCS is facilitated through our virtual afterschool Learning Extension Center. With the support of high school student volunteers serving as Virtual Reading Coaches (VRC) children and parents in underresourced neighborhoods throughout the Columbus Metro Area receive weekly RCS support in the comfort of their homes through Zoom techonology, with the consent and monitoring of parents.
High School VRC's Benefits: VRC's receive a monthly technology stipend, Volunteer Letter to fulfill high school graduation requirements and upon high school graduation consistent VRC's receive a an Education Schoolarchip (for text books, technology, materials) to help defray the cost of higher education/trade school pursuits.

Operation Warm
New Coats & Shoes for Children
In collaboration with the national organiztion "Operation Warm Coats & Shoes" and the "Ohio Governors Office of Faith-Based & Communty Initiatives (OFBCI)", Joint-Heir Ministries partners with iSELD Alumni Mrs. Angela Mate, CEO of Giving Faith & Hope, Inc.; Hanna Joseph, CEO of the Better Life 4All Foundation; and Vineyard North Church to provide new winter coats and shoes annually to 100 children, ages 5 to 17, in northern Columbus, Ohio.
Ghana Mission Collaboration
In collaboration with Ghanaian business leaders and ministerial alliances Joint-Heir Ministries hosts a virtual iSELD campus to assist leaders in the community of faith in ideating innovative solutions to indigenous problems and developing sustainable business models for commercial and social enterprises. Employing a Design Thinking approach to innovation, entrepreneurs and community leaders engage the user experience in co-creating profitable soltuions to existing problems that generate new employment opportunities. New intiatives include Medical Clinics, Primary & Secondary Schools and Multipurpose Centers.
Healthcare Resources
& Medical Missions
Healthcare crisis present mnay opporutnities to express love and care of people on the frontlines. During the 2019-2021 pandemic, thanks to fundng from the Grace Trader Project, Joint-Heir Ministries partnered with the "Better Life 4All Foundation" to distrubute PPE Gift Bages to frontline Home Healthcare workers in Central Ohio. Gracious healthcare workers from Somalia, Ghana, Kenya, Sierra Leone and the USA received support with gratitude. Thank you to the six local Home Healthcare Agencies for allowing us to partner with you and your staff.

Liberia & Sierra Leon Africa
Education & Economic Development Mission
In collaboration with co-leaders, Ms. Lydie Tokpa and Pastor Zawolo, JHM plants it's AFBFellowship Chapters in strategic cities of Liberia to equip marketplace leaders from the private, public, NGO and faith sectors with revelation knowledge, skills and practical strategies to transform their cities and nation. AFBFellowship Chapters in Sanniquellie and Yekepa are hubs for training and collaboration in economic ventures through our International School of Entrepreneurship & Leadership Development (iSELD). Current venture mobilization includes the "AFB Farm" employing up to 50 adults and youth; and the creation of an innovative Education Center & Community Library. The Education Center will host early learning to adult economic development and literacy resources to raise up the next inter-generational Christ-centered, Kingdom-minded entrepreneurs and employers through experiential learning.
