BACKGROUND CHECK AUTHORIZATION

In compliance with local, state, and federal laws governing youth development and childcare programs for children/youth ages 0 to 17 years old a background check is required for all volunteers free of charge. Background check includes a review of criminal history convictions and probation. The following factors will be considered for applicants with a criminal history:
-
The nature of the offence and its relationship to the volunteer position.
-
The time since the conviction.
-
The number (if more than one) of convictions.
-
Whether allowing the applicant to volunteer would pose an unreasonable risk to the children, families, business, its employees, or its customers.
Providing your Date of Birth and last four digits of your Social Security number gives Joint-Heir Ministries authorization to complete a Background Check. Joint-Heir Ministries website and forms are protected by cyber security measures.
Thanks for applying to volunteer with us! We'll get back to you soon.
